Dr. Amrita Sharma is a collaborator and teacher of Massage Around the World.

Dr. Amrita Sharma graduated as an Ayurvedic Physician (B.A.M.S.) from an eminent University in India and went on to specialize herself in Indian herbal pharmacology. Her keen interest in the sphere of health and wellness prompted her to further study Yoga and Naturopathy. Dr. Amrita conducts lectures, seminars and workshops on diverse subjects such as: Yoga, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, lifestyle, diet, stress management, meditation, chakra healing, colour therapies and women´s welfare. Today she combines her teaching work with giving detailed Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations. She also contributes to the world of traditional medicine and wellness through her articles, academic papers and radio show talks that have a global reach. Dr. Amrita believes that “through invoking the traditional therapies as a part of our life we can suffice the real meaning of health which not only relates to the physical but also to the mental and the spiritual”.
