SANTA SHAKYA

Santa Shakya is a collaborator and teacher of Massage Around the World.

Santa Shakya was born and raised around Sound healing and Singing bowls. His grandfather was a traditional spiritual healer Vaidhya, and also his Father became a traditional musician. The traditional Singing Bowl therapy he practices and continues to teach around the world is linked to the principles of Vajrayana Buddhism as it aims at achieving physical and spiritual peace through the meditative and healing properties of the sound. Therefore, maintaining the sound quality of each hand picked singing bowl has always been the core objective. “Attaining a clear light requires pure mind, attaining a clear sound requires pure metals” – Santa Shakya.
