“Building structure” is the latest article that I wrote for the prestigious Professional Spa and Wellness Magazine (September 2015), that talks about the importance of standarized manuals and protocols in your Spa. Most of the Spa owners do not realize the importance of them when they strive to develop a successful Spa that goes above and beyond expectations.

It is great if you have a big variety of treatments in your Spa Menu, (Thai Massage, Tibetan medicine and KuNye, Ayurveda, singing bowls, sound healing…and so on), and it is also great if your Spa has the latest equipment, the highest quality products, the most qualified staff and avant-garde design. So far so good. The problem arises when the Spa management realizes that something is off, even if they have the best of the best. The Spa is not performing as expected, the guests are not returning as anticipated, and the awards have yet to be won.

In this article you will find a resume of the Spa protocols checklist. Take a look at it and make sure that you have everything in order. Click on this link to read the complete article.

Wishing you a wonderful day,

César Tejedor
